Lessons can be of 30, 45 or 60 minutes, although 30 minutes lessons are usually reserved for children under 7.
I teach in English or French (Chinese is coming up as well!).
I’ve had a long experience of teaching groups – children and adults – and will accept group classes of up to 3 people (for a better price than individual lessons!)
In order to promote consistency and steady progress, the whole semester must be payed on the first lesson. A payment plan is available by paying in three post-dated checks that will be deposited on specific dates along the semester.
Students are eligible for up to 2 makeup lessons each term for missed lessons when notice is given 24 hours or more in advance. In the case of illness, lessons cancelled by 10am on the lesson day may be eligible for a makeup lesson. Non-illness cancellations of less than 24 hours are not eligible to a makeup lesson or reimbursement.
I understand that from time to time scheduling conflicts result in a student missing their weekly lesson. Students are allowed up to 2 makeup lessons per term for absences for which I have been notified in advance. Every effort will be made to accommodate scheduling for a makeup session, however, it is the students’ responsibility to make sure they receive any eligible makeup lessons as they are non-refundable and may not be transferred towards the following semester.
